My recipe for green curry is one of my family’s absolute favorites…and mine too! I love shopping at Asian markets for the freshest herbs, lemongrass, ginger, lime leaves, and mild chilies that simmer in coconut milk to make a flavorful, creamy curry full of fresh vegetables and chicken, tofu, or salmon. I could also go into a nerdy, food science-y monologue about the quality of rice that you’ll find at international markets, but suffice it to say, you’ll taste the difference!
