  • When do I need to have my order placed?
    • As early as possible! My schedule can fill up quickly, so try to place your orders early, but they must be placed at least 2 days before the date of delivery.
  • Are you able to work with food allergies?
    • Absolutely! With a background in food science and family members with serious food allergies, I’m very comfortable dealing with all kinds of food allergies. If you have any questions, I’m more than happy to walk you through specific menu items that are safe or that can be altered for you.
  • How do you prefer to be paid?
    • Cash, check, or Venmo (julia-ballow)
  • Do you offer catering for different events (birthdays, cocktail parties, etc.)?
    • I love helping with special events! Please contact me to learn more about what I offer for small scale catering.
  • Do you do one-on-one nutrition counseling?
    • Yes, but I particularly enjoy working with people who are struggling with food intolerances or allergies. Navigating the grocery store or restaurants can be daunting when foods are newly off-limits, and I would love to help you cook, shop, and dine with the reassurance that you are eating safely!
